This petition is filed to condone the delay of 4 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Ms.P.Brindha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2. Despite notice having been served upon the respondent 3, none appears before this Court.

The delay is only 4 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 4 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
