SUNDAR, J.] These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 102 days in filing an application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant in the above appeal; to set aside the abatement; and to bring on the record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant.

Having regard to the facts narrated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, this Court is of the view that the petitions can be allowed in the interests of justice.
