Heard Mr.T.G.Brusly Gopal, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.S.K.Raameshuwar, learned Standing Counsel accepting notice for the respondents and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the second respondent to consider his representation dated 10.02.2016, for grant of electricity service connection to the house property. 3.The petitioner claims that he has been paying the property tax and water tax for the said premises and he has also paid the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
necessary Electricity Meter installation charges. However, till date, the petitioner's premises has not been given electricity supply.
4.Since the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage on notice being accepted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, the merits and the contentions raised by the petitioner in his representation are not gone into and it is left to the second respondent to take into consideration the same and proceed in accordance with law.
5.Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2016, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
