Crl.M.P.No.17381 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.17381 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.24161 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners on their release from prison shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., for a period of 30 days and thereafter, report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24161 of 2022 by order dated 10.10.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24161 of 2022 by an order dated 10.10.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
