C.M.P.No.24850 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole petitioner Mr. M.M.Shanmugam.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has not raised any serious objection to allow the civil miscellaneous petition.

3. In view of the above and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the abovesaid petition, the civil miscellaneous petition in CMP. Nos.24850 of 2024 is ordered.
