When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there is no petition or enquiry is pending as against the petitioner herein and the petitioner is not an accused in this case.

2.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though there is no case against the petitioner, the respondent Police is unnecessarily troubling the petitioner and harassing him and his family members.

3.It is made clear that since the petitioner is not an accused, the respondent shall not unnecessarily harass the petitioner.
