petitioner on bail.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking to suspend the order of conviction and sentence made in Spl.S.C.No.02 of 2020 by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court Exclusive Trial of Cases Registered under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Villupuram by its judgment dated 17.06.2025 and enlarge the petitioners on bail.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The petitioners have committed a very serious and heinous offence against the victim girl by committing gang rape and they fails to make out a prima facie case to suspend the sentence imposed by the trial Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence imposed on him.

In the result, the petition for suspension of sentence is dismissed.
