The second petitioner made a representation dated 26.09.2014 to the second respondent seeking change in the UDR patta. It is stated that after the said representation made, the second respondent has conducted an enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3.Taking note of the pendency of the aforesaid representation dated 22.09.2014, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioners as well as the other concerned parties. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
