ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.13 of 2016 on the file of the Fast Track Court Magistrate, Alandur, Chennai, and quash the same.

2. The petition has been filed to complete the proceedings initiated for the offence under Section 138 of NI Act, in C.C.No.13 of 2016.

There was no representation for the petitioner on 17.08.2017. Even today, also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with this case.

3. The Calender case is of the year 2017, which is pending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for the past three years. Therefore, the Trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
