2. The petition is premature and thus not require our interference. We are sure that the respondent authorities will look into the matter in view of the allegation of encroachment on the lake.

3. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition. Endorsement has been made.

4. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
