Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to immediately secure the phone call log between the petitioner's mobile number (9750066600) and the mobile number of the unanimous caller (9788118678) and that made between the petitioner's friend's mobile number (9344911105) and the unanimous caller's number (9788118678) on 03.04.2017, as the same is very vital for conducting further enquiry/investigation over the petitioner's complaint given to the second respondent for the serious life threat received from the unanimous caller gravely threatening to murder the petitioner for his having been in the forefront for the removal of the TASMAC wine shop (1822) located in a densely populated residential town of Palladam.
