MR.Pa. Sudesh Kumar COMMON ORDER The petitioner has filed the present petitions seeking a direction to the Family Court, Vellore to dispose of the FCOP No.233 of 2021 and FCOP No.76 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard, Mr.Pa. Sudesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner/wife is pursuing studies abroad and prayed for the speedy disposal of FCOP No.233 of 2021 and FCOP No.76 of 2023.

4. Considering that the cases have been pending since the years 2021 & 2023, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the said cases within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, these Civil Revision petitions are allowed. No costs. 22-04-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order MPA
