5.R.KARTHIKEYAN Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant stay of execution of the decree dated 28/06/2013 made in OP NO.53 of 2011 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Sub Court) Pollachi pending CMA.NO.2210 of 2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.BHASKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MAKESH, Advocate for the 1st and 2nd respondents, the court made the following order:-

ORDER

In respect of this appeal, the entire compensation awarded by the Tribunal has been deposited by the Insurance Company. In this petition, this Court, by order dated 03.08.2017, permitted the claimants to withdraw 50% of the award amount. Hence, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this petition and accordingly this petition is closed.
