The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation sent online on TN 7202305171482 dated 17.05.2023 - TACCH No.23 to The Tahsildar of Mambalam (T.Nagar) and RPAD dated 04.07.2024 and to issue the legal heirship certificate as prayed, for late V.Ramamurthy.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made representation dated 17.05.2023 through online seeking to issue legal heirship certificate for late.V.Ramamurthy and since there was no response, has filed this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, this Court may issue direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.05.2023 made through online and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.

4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel 2/4

appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.05.2023 made through online, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
