This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the case in M.C.No.440 of 2010 filed by the first respondent on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai to the file of the Sub Court, Vellore (Family Court), where the Matrimonial Original Petition is already pending between the parties.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has also no objection for the transfer of M.C.No.440 of 2010 pending on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai to the Sub Court, Vellore (Family Court).
