This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.11566 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear on all the Court hearing dates before the Trial Court.
