Writ of Habeas Corpus, call for the records in connection with the order of Detention passed by the second respondent dated 13.08.2024 in Rc.No.200/2024/M6-D.O.No.46/2024 against the petitioner Son Selvakumar, Male aged 27 years S/o.Vikraman, who is confined at Central Prison, Vellore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before the Court and set him at liberty.

Mr.E.Raj Thilak, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned order of detention has already been revoked by the competent Authority and thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.
