This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Para No.7(b) of an order, dated 28.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19152 of 2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for the interrogation.
