Heard Mr.S.Silambu Selvan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader accepting notice for the first respondent and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned Standing Counsel accepting notice for the second respondent, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, to consider the representation submitted by him dated 15.02.2016 and to protect his peaceful running of the Push Cart Shop.

3.Admittedly, the petitioner is said to have kept his Push Cart Shop in a road margin. Therefore, this Court cannot issue any positive direction to the authorities to act in a particular manner nor to pass any prohibitory order against the respondents, if any action is initiated. However, this will not prevent the petitioner from pursuing his representation dated 15.02.2016 before the second respondent which shall be dealt with in accordance with law.
