This application has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7353 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.16710 of 2021 vide order dated 15.06.2022, to complete the investigation and to file the final report.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the major part of the investigation is over and the draft charge sheet has also sent for approval, thereby, he seeks further period of four months for filing the final report.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and four months time is extended to the petitioner to complete the investigation and to file the final report as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
