ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to receive the application dated 03.02.2016 for registration of Autorickshaw bearing Chassis No.MBX 0000 ZFNE 301585 and Engine No.RID 2953593 forthwith.

It is the case of the petitioner that the respondent refused to receive the application, submitted by the petitioner, for registration of Autorickshaw bearing Chassis No.MBX 0000 ZFNE 301585 and Engine No.RID 2953593 3.

Mr.A. Zakir Hussain, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent, submitted that in the event of the petitioner paying tax fees and all the charges, the respondent would consider the application within a stipulated time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would pay all the tax fees and charges, payable to the respondent.

In these circumstances, in the event of the petitioner paying the tax fees and the charges, as contemplated under the Motor Vehicles Act and Rules, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 01.02.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
