O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order passed by the Commercial Court, Chennai in I.A.No.3 of 2022 in C.O.S. No.1384 of 2022 dated 19.07.2023 on the file of Commercial Court at Chennai.
2. This Court vide order dated 09.11.2023, referred this matter to mediation and Ms.R.Mala, Retired Judge, High Court of Madras, was appointed as Mediator.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsel appeared and submitted that as per the directions of this Court the parties appeared before the mediation and settlement was arrived between the parties and the mediation terms were also recorded and subsequently, the mediation terms were complied with.
4. The mediation report dated 02.04.2024 has also been received.

5. In view of the above submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as per the terms of mediation. The mediation report shall form part and parcel of this order.
6. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No Costs.
