ORDER
The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 07.09.2016 passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.27021 of 2016 in W.P.No.31173 of 2016, in and by which, this Court, while following the earlier order passed by this Court on 01.06.2016 in W.M.P.No.14845 to 14847 of 2016 in W.P.Nos.17374 to 17376 of 2016, directed the respondents to pay the salary prospectively to the petitioner who is appointed in the fifth respondent-School therein, subject to the result of the writ petition and it was made clear that the petitioner cannot claim any equity on the basis of the said order at the time of final disposal of the Writ Petition and notice was ordered to the respondents returnable in four weeks, with private notice being permitted. At that stage, Mr.N.
Srinivasan, learned Additional Government Pleader also took notice for the respondents 1 to 4 therein and this Court directed the matter to be posted after four weeks.
