ORDER
(Made by M.M.Sundresh) When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted a Report of the second respondent, in which, in paragraph
10 it has been stated as follows:
"10.I respectfully submit that the petitioner herein has came before this Hon'ble Court with unclean hands by suppressing the material fact that the said Mr.Viswanathan has filed a Writ Petition in W.P.No.34401 of 2016 and this Hon'ble Court by order dated 29.09.2016 has set aside the action taken against him and also the petitioner herein has failed to appear for personal hearing and has filed the present contempt petition for reasons best known to her."
2. In view of the subsequent development, we do not find any wilful disobedience in the order passed and the contempt petition stands closed.
