C.M.P.Nos.28974 and 29327 of 2023 in C.R.P.Sr.No.127271 and 83067of 2023 P.T.ASHA, J., These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 173 and 80 days respectively in preferring the above Civil Revision Petitions against the impugned exparte decree made in I.A.No.14 of 2022 and I.A.No.13 of 2022 in O.S.No.192 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either sides.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for these petitions being allowed.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed and the delay of 173 and 80 days in preferring the civil revision petitions in C.R.P.Sr.No.127271 and 83067 of 2023 is condoned.

5. The Registry is directed to number the revisions, if they are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
