C.M.P.Nos. 22354, 22355 and 22358 of 2024 in S.A.No.1238 of 2012 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Court while disposing of C.M.P.No.22354 of 2014 in S.A.No.1238 of 2012 on 04.06.2025 had allowed the C.M.P on condition to pay Rs.4,000/- to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority within a period of one month. Since the amount was paid, the case was posted in today's list under the caption 'Miscellaneous Petition'.

2. Today, 04.07.2025, the learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant in the Second Appeal filed memo along with the receipt issued by the Tamil Nadu State Legal Service Authority. Petition in C.M.P.No.22354 of 2024 is allowed.

3. In continuation of the same, the petitions filed in the learned Counsel for the Petitioner had also filed petitions in C.M.P.No.22355 of 2024 to set aside the abatement in respect of the deceased Arumugam and C.M.P.No.22358 of 2024 to bring on record the proposed Respondents 8 to 12 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd Respondent Arumugam in S.A.No.1238 of 2012.

Accordingly, both the C.M.Ps are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order and post the case before appropriate Bench.
