This contempt petition has been filed by P.Navaneethan on the ground that the respondent did not adhere to the terms of the compromise that formed part and parcel of the order dated 15.04.2018 in Crl.R.C.No.94 of 2015 by not giving consent for dissolving the marriage by mutual consent.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for both the parties submitted that Kohila has given the consent and the marriage has been dissolved by decree dated 16.05.2019.
