This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioner herein in the place of the deceased sixth respondent in the writ petition.

It is submitted that the sixth respondent in the writ petition, who is the auction purchaser, passed away during the pendency of the writ petition.

Accepting the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the cause title.
