Namakkal). Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. However, it is left open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority under Section 153 of the Act within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on filing any application, it is for the respondents to consider the same in the light of the Government Letter.
