O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect which is as follows :- "Since the order of rejection of approval by the third respondent was served for the first time on the counsel for the petitioner in the Court on 23.03.2016. This writ petition may be permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to question order of rejection of approval by the third respondent in accordance with law."

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
