ORDER

The transfer petition is filed to transfer the O.S.No.2254 of 2018 instituted before the learned XIX Additional City Civil Court, Chennai to the learned IV Additional City Civil Court, Chennai to be tried along with O.S.No.6041 of 2016 .

2. The transfer petition has been filed to transfer the case within Chennai District.

3. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the learned Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai for redressal of his grievances.

4. With this liberty, the transfer petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
