Deceased J.Natarajan, Hindu aged about 79 years, residing at No.37, Jothi Ramalingam 1st Street, West Mambalam, Chennai - 600 033, as the proposed 2nd petitioner in the place of deceased petitioner namely J.Natarajan in the above writ petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and list the main Writ Petition on 04.11.2024.
