Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to transfer the vehicles set out in the petitioner's application dated 5th January 2016 in the name of the petitioner's trust.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the vehicles set out in the petitioner's application dated 5th January 2016 in the name of the petitioner's trust.

2.After some elaborate arguments by the learned Senior counsel for both sides, finally, they would state that if the applications viz., the petitioner's application as well as the second respondent's application, are considered by the authority concerned, in accordance with law, under Section 56 of the Motor Vehicles Act, it would suffice the prayer sought for by them.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that they are ready to consider the applications in accordance with rules, especially, Section 56 of the Motor Vehicles Act.

4. In view of the above said submission, the first respondent is directed to consider both the applications of the petitioner as well as the second respondent, in accordance with Section 56 of the Motor Vehicles Act 1956, after giving sufficient opportunity to both the parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
