When these Civil Revision Petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent/plaintiff has filed a memo for withdrawal of the suit and the suit in O.S.No.2565 of 2017 was dismissed as withdrawn and nothing survives for adjudication in the present petitions. The learned counsel for the petitioner also filed memo to that effect.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and recording the memo, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. 07.12.2021 mpa 2/4
