This application is filed seeking extension of time for the petitioner to execute the bond before the 2nd Assistant Registrar, Original Side, in compliance with decree dated 28.02.2017 passed in TOS.No.26 of 2007.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he had already moved an application in Application No.2733 of 2021 to permit the petitioner to execute the bond that was ordered on 07.10.2021, giving him four weeks time to execute the bond. Subsequently, due to his fragile health condition, he was not able to execute the bond within the stipulated time. He then took out an application in Application No.3520 of 2022, seeking extension of time and time was granted till 09.09.2022. Again, his condition deteriorated and he was hospitalised with instruction that not to step out and as a result, he was not able to execute the bond within the stipulated time. Therefore, this application is filed.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents is present and submitted that he has no objection for granting extension of time, as prayed.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and satisfied with the reasons, this Court is inclined to grant time for execution of bond till 30.11.2022, as a last chance.
