This matter is listed today ie., on 18.03.2021, under the caption 'for clarification', at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that there is a typographical error in the order dated 03.03.2021, wherein the name of the counsel for the petitioners has been wrongly mentioned as "Mr.B.Kumar, Sr.Counsel, for Mr.S.Ramachandran", instead of "Mr.A.Ashwinkumar, For Mr.S.Ramachandran". Therefore the same may be incorporated in the order, dated 03.03.2021.

Likewise, it is represented that the name of the counsel for the 1st Respondent is mentioned as "Mr.P.Govindarajan, Additional Public Prosecutor," instead of Mr.Prabakaran, Additional Public Prosecutor"

3. In the light of the submissions made, Registry is directed to incorporate the same in the order dated 03.03.2021, and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned.
