The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Saravanampatti Police station, Coimbatore on daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.20058 of 2024 order dated 22.08.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every first day of English Calender Month for a period of three months.
