JUDGMENT

(Delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant, we find that the matter otherwise must have been rendered infructuous by now inasmuch as the unlawful construction had already been demolished, which has been noted by the learned Single Judge in the impugned judgment itself. The apprehension expressed by the appellant in the interference of the normal routine activities of the temple committee is not the subject matter of the present dispute, which can be raised before the appropriate forum and agitated before the competent authority.

2. The appeal is consigned to records with the said observations. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.25752 of 2019 is closed.
