O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) The Petitioner has come forward to challenge the impugned proceedings dated 03.10.2019 passed by the 5th Respondent, which is only a consequential order, pursuant to the cancellation of Patta granted in his favour.

As against the cancellation of Patta, the Petitioner filed an Appeal before the 2nd Respondent/District Revenue Officer, Kancheepuram District, on 24.07.2018, as against the order passed by the 3rd Respondent.

In view of the above, we direct the 2nd Respondent/District Revenue Officer, Kancheepuram District, to dispose of the Petitioner's Appeal dated 24.07.2018, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Inasmuch as the impugned order is only a consequential order, the same shall be kept in abeyance, till then. This order is passed for the reason that, no adjudication is required with respect to the impugned communication dated 03.10.2019, as the same would depend upon the final order to be passed by the 2nd Respondent. The Petitioner is directed to send a copy of the Appeal dated 24.07.2018 along with a copy of this order to the 2nd Respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.Nos.29518 to 29520 of 2019 are closed.
