Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling upon production of the records relating to the detention order dated 28.09.2022 made in detention order in No.03/2022 passed by the first respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body of the detenu R.Panneerselvam, son of Raja, aged 29 years, who has been detained in Central Prison II, Puzhal, Chennai before this Court and set at liberty.

vide proceedings dated 08.11.2022 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.342 Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (E1) Department. 3.In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition. 4.Recording the above said submission, captioned Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of as closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
