O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking Mandamus directing the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by making regular visit to their Spa under the guise of inspection.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents states that for running a Spa, the petitioner has to obtain a license from the local body and comply with the guidelines issued for the said purpose. The respondent Police visited the petitioner's premises to ensure whether they possess all the necessary permission and license.

3. Since the petitioner has now produced the license, he can run the Spa provided within the parameters and restrictions imposed under the guidelines and he should not carry out any unlawful activities.

4. Considering the facts and the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Writ Petition is disposed of 2/4
