ORDER

When the contempt petitions were taken up, both the learned counsel for the petitioners and the standing counsel for the third respondent jointly made a statement that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with, except on the alleged shortfall in the calculation of interest as projected by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Recording their joint statement, these contempt petitions are closed. It is open to both the petitioners and the respondents to sit across the table and sort out the issue amicably.
