ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for quashing the FIR in Crime No. 79 of 2017 dated 08.11.2017 on the file of the first respondent police for the offences under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 and 420 of IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent police would submit that this Court had already passed the order in Crl.O.P.No.5366 of 2019 in Crime https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.79 of 2017 and the same was allowed by order dated 28.02.2019, hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this petition, has now become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
