2. Since the petitioner is unable to serve the respondents despite taking steps, this petition is ordered and this Court permits the petitioner to take substituted service by paper publication in one issue of Tamil Daily ''Thinaboomi''

having circulation at Erode, for the hearing date on 21.02.2024. The publication shall be effected ten days prior to the date of hearing.
