of symbol not in accordance with Election Symbols (Reservation and Allotment) Order, 1968, as per the prescribed format. 2.Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the petition, so that necessary application in accordance with law is made. Endorsement is made. 3.Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn in terms aforesaid. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.7676 of 2016 also stands dismissed.
