ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with and the revised pensionary benefits have been disbursed to the petitioner.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be termed to be willful in nature. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved against the payment of pensionary benefits, liberty is granted to him to file an appropriate application to workout his remedies in accordance with law.
