This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for having committed contempt by willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.27931 of 2010 dated 12.04.2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with and he also produced a letter dated 21.11.2024 of Deputy Manager (SM), State Express Transport Corporation Tn. Ltd., Chennai 2.

3. The said letter is taken on record, showing the settlement of eligible benefits to the petitioner as per the earlier direction of this Court made in W.P.No.27931 of 2010, dated 12.04.2022.

4. In view thereof, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs. 22.11.2024 Index :
