This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. on the file of the 1st respondent Police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.2765 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 294 (b), 341, 323 and 506(ii) of IPC.
