The present Contempt Petition arises out of an interim order of stay passed in W.M.P.No.12094 of 2023 in W.P.No.12241 of 2023, dated 21.04.2023.
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the interim stay granted by this Court has been vacated. As such, there cannot be any disobedience of the original order of interim stay. 2/4
3. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected applications are closed.
