Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner dated 25.02.2016 for transfer to Trichy District, based on request made by him dated 03.09.2014 and 21.10.2014 in the Waiting List of

Superintendents for request transfer as on 31.03.2015, in the existing vacancies available in Trichy within a limited time frame, as deem fit by this Honourable Court.

Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in Rc.No.1878/NGB.II(1)/2014 dated 12.11.2015 and quash the same in so far as the 3rd respondent is concerned and further direct the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the petitioner to Trichy District based on the seniority of the petitioner in the waiting list maintained and published by the 1st respondent in Rc.No.072227/NGB.II(1)/15 dated 26.06.2015.
